Xylinq captures trades for:
- Portfolio Swaps
- Equity Swaps
Portfolio Swaps either reset daily or whenever a contract is closed (or partially closed).
The contracts are entered against terms that have previously been set up. This reduces the amount of input the trader has to enter
and allows multiple terms to operate simultaneously.
An Equity Swap has an accompanying Reset Schedule. The terms and the contracts bought or sold during the life of the Swap make up the entire "trade".
Xylinq's versatile Trade Engine can unwind open contracts using a variety of close-out methods: FIFO, LIFO, Max-Profit, Max-Loss, HIFO, LOFO and Cherry Pick.
